825 University Avenue in Norwood, Massachusetts has been an established piece of land in the suburbs right outside of Boston.

In 2016, Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) acquired the 169,000 square foot office building that now stands on 825 University Avenue.

Since purchasing the property, HRP has made major renovations to the property, including a new parking lot. The improved office space has drawn in tenants like Instron and Xcerra.
