Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) acquired a nearly nine-acre industrial development site in Medley, FL.

Located at 11301 NW 97th Ave, the property is part of a larger 25-acre Superfund site which has previously undergone corrective action. HRP’s vision is to redevelop the site into a modern warehouse/logistics facility to support the growing tenant demand across South Florida in highly sought after infill areas. Plans encompass construction of a 175,000 square-foot, modern front-load warehouse designed to support multiple tenants. Completion of the facility is expected Q4 2022.
