Ajay Ramesh

Ajay Ramesh joined HRP in June 2020 and is responsible for underwriting, structuring and leasing real estate investments across HRP. Under his previous role as Director of Commodities, he managed the sale of oil products at the former Philadelphia Energy Solutions (PES) refinery site and provided key analytics to the senior management team.
Prior to joining HRP, Mr. Ramesh served in various commercial leadership roles including managing the crude, products, LPG, and utilities businesses. He has traded domestic and foreign crude, gasoline, derivatives, and managed the wholesale business. His most recent role was the Senior Director, Crude & Products Trading and was a key part of the small team that closed the most recent intermediation agreement for PES.
Ajay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Finance and Economics from Villanova University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
