
Amanda Mazie
Director, Mixed-Use Development | Philadelphia
Amanda Mazie joined HRP in 2022 as a Director of Mixed-Use Development, where she is focused on The Bellwether District in Philadelphia, a transformation of the former PES oil refinery. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the entitlement and design processes for a future 250-acre life science-focused campus.
Amanda has more than 8 years of experience with mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and hotel development in the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. Before joining HRP, she was a Development Manager at Toll Brothers Apartment Living, one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily developers, where she oversaw the development of Broad & Noble, a $150 million opportunity zone, mixed-use multifamily, and retail project on Philadelphia's North Broad Street. Additionally, she held a position at Dranoff Properties assisting in the entitlement, predevelopment, and financing process for multiple projects totaling more than $600 million.
Originally from Wilmington, DE, Amanda holds dual master’s degrees in City Planning and Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania with a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Wharton Business School. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University.
