Angela Chandler joined HRP in November 2020 as a Property Controller. In her role, Angela is responsible for all PES accounting activities, including preparing financial statements, budgets, processes date, and taxes. Before coming to HRP, she recently served as the Vice President of Finance & Construction for Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation where she oversaw the accounting and construction departments and agencies $250M+ portfolio of 10,000+ properties. Prior experience includes holding various finance and administration roles of increasing responsibility working for ACHIEVEability, SkyLine Consulting Group, and Time Warner Cable Philadelphia. Angela holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. Additionally, she has an Economic Development Finance Professional Certification from NDC as well as a Construction Management Certification from Temple University.
