Blake Rowan

Blake Rowan is Vice President of Industrial Development. In his role, Blake is dedicated to the development activities for the 1,300 acre former oil refinery in Philadelphia, PA.
Blake has over 10 years of experience of the construction of large scale, build-to-suit light industrial projects throughout the Northeast Region. Prior to joining HRP, Blake served as a Regional Director for FCL Builders overseeing the Project Management team in the Baltimore, MD office. Blake spent 3.5 years overseeing various projects at Tradepoint Atlantic.
Blake is a LEED Accredited Professional who graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
