Cindy joined HRP in January 2021 as Tax Director. Cindy is responsible for overseeing all tax financial reporting, planning and compliance.
Prior to joining HRP, Cindy was a Director at CBIZ MHM, LLC, where she spent over 16 years advising clients on tax matters with a focus on partnerships in the real estate industry. She has extensive experience consulting businesses on entity structuring, recapitalization events and Section 1031 exchanges.
Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.S. in Accountancy with Honors and M.S. in Taxation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
