David Messerschmidt
Senior Project Manager | Jersey City
David Messerschmidt joined HRP in April 2021 as a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing the demolition and construction of industrial warehousing at the former PSE&G Coal-Fired Power Generating Stations in New Jersey.
David began his career with Blue Rock Construction as a Superintendent and most recently worked with the FCL Builders Northeast Team as a Project Manager. He has been involved in many different construction projects consisting of retail, class A office space, manufacturing/production facilities, and warehouse/distribution centers. Various projects were overseen by an environmental consultant that required meticulous planning to be in accordance with remedial action work plans developed specifically for each site.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lycoming College while majoring in Business Administration and Management.
