Eric Darci

Eric joined Hilco Real Estate in 2018 and his primary responsibility is managing the company’s New England assets. He has extensive experience in financial modeling and analysis, capital structuring, underwriting, and commercial real estate asset valuation.
Prior to joining Hilco, Eric was an Investment Officer at a global investment management firm where he was responsible for formulating investment recommendations for a portfolio of roughly $2.5 billion of structured commercial real estate debt investments backed by office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage and hospitality properties located throughout the US.
He received a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Bowdoin College and is a CFA charterholder.
