Genaro Holguin is a Project Manager for HRP with 21 years of proven experience managing a wide range of small and large-scale construction projects. Genaro joined the team in April 2019 and is responsible for overseeing and supervising construction, design, scheduling, bidding, project budget preparation, and permitting. Genaro has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and under budget. He also has a successful background with negotiating and managing contracts

Genaro previously worked at Realogy, a division of Coldwell Banker NRT where he managed and led multiple capital construction projects, tenant improvement projects, and 80 commercial facilities across Chicago and Midwest region. Prior to working at Coldwell Banker NRT he worked at Lieberman Management Services, Millennium Companies, and American Invsco. Mr. Holguin has proactively pursued education and ongoing professional development in order to stay current on emerging trends. He has his Master of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. He is LEED Green Association certified from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and has an Associate Construction designation from the American Institute of Constructions. Genaro also holds a current Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30 Hour Training Card.
