Senior Vice President, Mixed-Use Development | Boston
George joined Hilco Redevelopment Partners in October 2020. He serves as Senior Vice President of Mixed-Use Development and is responsible for managing the entitlement and project design efforts from conceptualization through construction documents and overseeing the construction and leasing of the HRP’s mixed-use development projects, including 776 Summer Street in Boston MA, Potomac River Generating Station in Alexandria VA and the Life Science campus at the Bellwether District in Philadelphia PA. Prior to joining HRP, George spent 10 years at Boston Properties working with the Capital Markets and Acquisitions group and Development in Boston MA.
George has over 12 years of project management, development and acquisition experience. Prior to joining HRP, George worked at Boston Properties where he oversaw large mixed-use developments, as well as held positions in the Capital Markets group assisting in the acquisition and financing of large commercial assets.
George earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Birmingham, UK and a master's degree in Real Estate from Bayes Business School in London UK.
