Harold Ortega joined Hilco Redevelopment Partners as Project Manager in May 2022. In his role, Harold is dedicated to the development activities at the Bellwether District in Philadelphia, PA & the HRP Medley Project in Miami, FL.
Harold has over 4 years of experience in large-scale light industrial construction. Prior to joining HRP, Harold served as Project Manager for FCL Builders overseeing multiple projects in the Northeast region. Harold has managed over 4 million square feet of, specular and build-to-suit, vertical construction valued in excess of $120 Million. Additional to his support on site, Harold also was heavily involved in the initiation of company-specific project management training and procedure implication.
Harold graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Sustainability. At UMD, Harold was part of numerous organizations such as the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS), Women In Architecture (WIA), American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS), and others.
