Jason Gill

Jason Gill joined HRP in 2017 and is a Senior Vice President overseeing our asset management and financing efforts. Prior to being elevated to this role in October of 2019, Jason served as a Vice President of Finance and Acquisitions where his primary responsibilities included opportunity sourcing, underwriting, financing and due diligence as well as transaction completion and management.
Jason has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, with extensive experience in property acquisition, disposition, due diligence, financial analysis and underwriting, asset management, capital structuring, and investment management.
Prior to joining Hilco, he served as Vice President and Director of Financial Analysis for U.S. Equities Realty, LLC, a Chicago based commercial real estate investment and services firm that was later acquired by CBRE Group. During his tenure at U.S. Equities and CBRE, Jason was involved in closed capital markets transactions encompassing over 3 million square feet of commercial space and gross transactional value exceeding $1.4 billion. Jason began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, spending three years as an auditor of both publicly and privately held businesses.
Jason holds a Bachelor of the Arts, Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
