Jeffrey L. Vigliotti joined HRP in August 2021 as Assistant General Counsel.
Jeff has over a decade of experience structuring, negotiating, managing, and closing commercial real estate deals and other business transactions. Prior to joining HRP, Jeff worked in private practice (most recently as a Partner at Nutter, McClennen & Fish LLP) representing real estate developers, investors, funds, financial institutions, sponsors, and operating companies in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate properties. While at Nutter, Jeff represented HRP on numerous deals.
Jeff has a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Jeff is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association; the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA); and the Boston Bar Association.
