Kurt Carter joined HRP in May 2021 as Vice President of Development focused on managing the redevelopment activities for the 1,300-acre former oil refinery located in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Carter has over 15 years of development and construction experience including civil, marine, and industrial projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Prior to joining HRP in Philadelphia, he served as Vice President of Development at Tradepoint Atlantic overseeing the development of industrial buildings, site infrastructure and marine infrastructure.

Mr. Carter is a Project Management Professional who earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
