Latavia Watson joined HRP in July of 2021 to provide administrative support to CFO, John Collins, Senior Vice President, Jason Gill, Senior Vice President, Kevin Purcell, and the downtown Chicago office. Prior to joining HRP, Latavia was finishing her studies at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities double majoring in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance and Psychology. While in college Latavia worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the UMN School of Social Work and had several leadership positions within the realm of academia.
