
Megha Vadula
Vice President, Mixed-Use Development | Boston
Megha Vadula joined HRP as a Vice President of Mixed-Use Development in 2021 where she is focused on the L Street Station redevelopment project in South Boston, Massachusetts. Megha is leading the adaptive reuse of four historic turbine halls on the site and their transformation into retail, cultural/civic and commercial space. Her responsibilities span a range of development activities, including oversight of the design and engineering team, obtaining approvals and permits, managing project budgets, forecasts, and reporting, interfacing with the construction team, and branding, merchandising and marketing.
Megha has worked in the Boston Commercial Real Estate market for 15 years and was previously a Senior Director at Pembroke Real Estate where she most recently managed the $560M Commonwealth Pier Redevelopment (formerly World Trade Center), an 800,000 square feet repositioning of a historic waterfront destination in the Seaport District of South Boston. Prior to joining Pembroke, Megha held development roles with Redgate Real Estate Advisors and Leggat McCall Properties where she gained experience on multiple product types, including life science, commercial office, multifamily and medical facilities. She has worked on several large and pivotal projects in the Boston area including the $200M fit-out of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a 1.1M square-foot headquarters at Fan Pier and the $330M, 900,000 square foot build-to-suit for the Partners Healthcare Headquarters at Assembly Row.
Megha holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. She is currently a member of the ULI Boston Economic and Housing Development Council, NAIOP Massachusetts, CREW Boston as well as co-chair of the University of Michigan Boston Real Estate Club.
