Meghan Kelly

As Vice President, Life Science at HRP, Meghan Kelly leads life science tenant development and leasing for the Bellwether District in Philadelphia.
Meghan brings over 13 years of experience in business, government and think tank industries. Prior to HRP, Meghan was Director of Business Attraction, Expansion & Life Science Initiatives at Select Greater Philadelphia, the investment promotion arm of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, where she led the process to bring over 35 companies and an estimated 3,000 jobs to the region.
In her early career, Meghan worked for the Bertelsmann Foundation, an international think tank in Washington, DC and Brussels, Belgium where she managed transatlantic political and economic policy coordination. She also worked on Capitol Hill for Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen (NJ-11). She held internships in the US Congress and the Irish Senate and maintains active participation in transatlantic business networks.
Meghan earned her MSc. Degree from Trinity College, Dublin and B.A. from Gettysburg College. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and children.
