Pete joined Hilco Redevelopment Partners in 2022 as a Senior Vice President on the development team. Located on the west coast, Pete is responsible for managing HRP’s California projects in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Pete brings significant experience to the HRP team with 35 years of combined work across numerous facets of the real estate industry. His primary career focus has been in residential real estate development, in various locations throughout California. Pete’s involvement with the creation of nearly 5,000 attached and detached housing units with an aggregate valuation of over $1B, has spanned acquisition, entitlements, land development, vertical construction, asset management and disposition. As a result of these roles, Pete has a full understanding of the entire life cycle of a real estate investment, which he applies to his HRP projects.
Pete graduated from UC Berkeley, lives with his wife Linda in Southern California, and enjoys cycling, swimming and boating in his free time.
