
Ryan Gormley

Ryan Gormely is a Vice President for HRP who uniquely specializes in complex development projects. Ryan is responsible for overseeing the construction and development of new industrial assets in the east coast markets.
Ryan began his career in 2000 as a field engineer with Jingoli & Son LLC, and from there swiftly navigated to more complex management roles; most notably the development of Xanadu, a 2.4 billion dollar entertainment and retail facility. Ryan’s talents in mass scale development were recognized by the industry and he was sought to take on his first portfolio role with Ashkenazy Acquisition where he was the director of construction. Ashkenazy Acquisition consisted of 13 million square feet of retail space throughout the US and Canada. Following his time at Ashkenazy, Ryan spent 3 years as construction manager of a 35 million square feet of industrial real estate portfolio for Prologis wherein he oversaw design and construction for various tenant improvements. Before joining HRP, Ryan was Senior Direct of Development at Bridge Development Partners and spearheaded the Bridge Point 78 project that consisted of 3.8 million square feet of class A industrial space on 400 acres in Phillipsburg and Lopatcong NJ.
Ryan earned his degree in Finance from St. Joseph’s University.
