
Thomas Kuczynski
Vice President, Construction Management | Boston
Tom Kuczynski joined Hilco Development Partners in 2017 and currently serves as Vice President of Construction Management. He brings over 10 years of experience in Architectural Design & Construction Management. He is responsible for managing and coordinating all New England real-estate construction project assets and overlooking design documentation throughout project development.
This includes the management of project contracts, permits, schedules, budgets, administration of all contractual requirements among trade partners, management of risk, supervision of general work performance & quality, and leading consistent communication and collaboration among the project team. Before joining HRP, Mr. Kuczynski worked for Elkus Manfredi Architects for five years as Architect/Construction Administrator for a 1.4 million square foot mixed-use development known as Seaport Square, Blocks B/C.
He also designed and provided construction documentation for several other projects such as the New Balance Sports Complex located at the Boston Landing Development, Rutgers Academic Buildings in New Brunswick NJ, Waterside Place in the Boston Seaport District and Edgewater Hotel in Madison WI. Prior to Elkus Manfredi Tom worked at TRO Jung|Brannen for 5 years as an architectural designer in the Healthcare field of design. He planned and provided construction documentation for hospital projects such as Canandaigua VAMC Outpatient Clinic in Canandaigua NY, Valley Hospital Renewal Phase I & II in Ridgewood NJ, and Newton Wellesley Hospital in Newton MA.
Mr. Kuczynski holds a Master’s of Architecture, along with the Alpha Rho Chi Medal from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston MA. He also received a Certification in Building Services Engineering from the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences, located in Berlin, Germany.
