The Quebec Corporate Plaza was built in 1974 as 3-story office building located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Renovated in 2000, the property enjoys a prominent south Quebec Street address with a courtyard, onsite food service and unobstructed mountain views.

In 2018, HRP purchased the 163,285 square-foot building and began an efficient and cost-effective speculative suite program. Since HRP’s acquisition, numerous tenants have signed leases for space in the building.
