Ben has worked in commercial real estate for 14 years and has extensive experience with acquisitions, capital structuring, financial modeling, and asset management. Since joining Hilco in 2011, Ben has been involved in the acquisition of over 10 million square feet of real estate valued in excess of $2 billion.
Ben co-heads the management of HRP’s Boston office and has played an instrumental role in the acquisition of many of HRP’s transformational projects, including both Tradepoint Atlantic in Baltimore County, MD and L Street Station in Boston, MA. In addition to acquisitions, Ben maintains a key role throughout the execution of redevelopment projects, including planning, entitlement, leasing, and implementation of capital projects. Prior to joining Hilco, Ben worked as a Vice President with Anglo Irish Bank. He received a BA in economics from Boston College and is a CFA charterholder.
