Nicholas Pullara

Nicholas Pullara is Vice President of Development for HRP and joined the HRP team in November 2018. Nick is responsible for the oversight of the overall development process in the Midwest Region for new construction which includes land acquisition, due diligence, initial concept feasibility, land entitlement, governmental approvals, selecting project teams, design oversight, bidding, negotiating, project budgets, construction oversight, and developing project schedules.
Mr. Pullara has successfully completed over 3 Million square feet of state-of-the-art industrial buildings, large complex infrastructure projects, truck terminals, medical offices as well as multifamily apartment complex. Prior to joining HRP, Nick worked at The Opus Group and Morgan/Harbour Construction during which he executed on over $200 Million in vertical construction and infrastructure.
Nick received a Business Management degree from Loras College in Dubuque, IA.
