Omar joined HRP in 2018. He brings more than 18 years of Industrial, Class A Office, and Retail expertise. Omar supports the development of the asset management platform, policies, and procedures. Prior to joining Hilco, Omar was the Director of Industrial Property Management at Cushman & Wakefield. His primary focus was the direct oversight of C&W’s 22 million square foot industrial portfolio in the Chicago area. In addition, Omar oversaw an office portfolio in Milwaukee, WI totaling 1.4 million square feet, and assisted with new business development, strategic planning, recruiting, training top-talent, and standardizing procedures across the portfolio.
